lists.\u00c2\u00a0 The actual DOING of the &#8220;to dos&#8221; is another story entirely.\u00c2\u00a0 I&#8217;ve been reading the <a href=\"http:\/\/superheroesandprincesses.blogspot.com\/2009\/10\/top-five-friday-4-moms-wish-list.html\">Top Five Friday<\/a> at Superheros and Princesses for the last couple weeks, but haven&#8217;t participated yet.\u00c2\u00a0 This week I&#8217;m in.\u00c2\u00a0 Here are the top 5 things on my wish list right now:<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00c2\u00a0 A weekend getaway to Austin with The Picky Apple (sans Littlest Apple) to see some of our favorite spots, eat at some of our favorite restaurants, walk on campus (University of Texas) together, sleep in at a fancy hotel, and reminisce about college days when we first started dating.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00c2\u00a0 A new featherbed for our mattress.\u00c2\u00a0 The one I ordered almost 2 years ago is too big (I thought it was the right size, but clearly not), making it nearly impossible to get sheets on properly.\u00c2\u00a0 I get frustrated every single time I change the sheets, and always say I&#8217;m just going to go take care of it, but I&#8217;ve yet to do so.\u00c2\u00a0 2 years I&#8217;ve been saying this&#8230;.that&#8217;s a lot of needless frustration, folks.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00c2\u00a0 A new necklace chain to replace my 2(!) broken ones for my favorite pendants that I used to wear almost every day, until The Littlest Apple got a hold of them:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tiffany.com\/Shopping\/item.aspx?sku=16931284&amp;cid=287465&amp;search_params=s+5-p+1-c+287465-r+-x+-n+6-ri+-ni+1-t&amp;mcat=148204\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-848\" title=\"Picture 3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/Picture-3.png\" alt=\"Picture 3\" width=\"222\" height=\"363\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/Picture-3.png 222w, https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/Picture-3-183x300.png 183w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 222px) 100vw, 222px\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tiffany.com\/Shopping\/item.aspx?sku=GRP02970&amp;mcat=148204&amp;search_params=s+5-p+1-c+288157-r+-x+-n+6-ri+-ni+0-t&amp;cid=288157&amp;selectedsku=25135458&amp;fromgrid=1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-849\" title=\"Picture 4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/Picture-4.png\" alt=\"Picture 4\" width=\"185\" height=\"317\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/Picture-4.png 185w, https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/Picture-4-175x300.png 175w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 185px) 100vw, 185px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>4.\u00c2\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/2009\/10\/15\/the-ants-go-marching-two-by-two\/\">An ant free home<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 Is that too much to ask for?!\u00c2\u00a0 I think not.\u00c2\u00a0 The exterminator came on Tuesday, and I&#8217;m seeing less of them, so I think the ants may have finally gotten the hint that they aren&#8217;t welcome here.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00c2\u00a0 More shelving.\u00c2\u00a0 For books, toys, and clothing.\u00c2\u00a0 Especially for our closets.<\/p>\n<div class=\"linkwithin_hook\" id=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/2009\/10\/23\/moms-wish-list\/\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m big on list making.\u00c2\u00a0 Especially &#8220;to do&#8221;
