favorite that is beyond easy (as the recipe title implies) to throw together.\u00c2\u00a0 I also call this 8 Can Soup, because the recipe calls for 8 different canned goods.\u00c2\u00a0 It&#8217;s just a matter of opening all the cans and pouring the ingredients into the pot with some browned ground beef.\u00c2\u00a0 It&#8217;s not particularly spicy, so feel free to add in a jalapeno or some extra pepper if you like it hot.\u00c2\u00a0 It does take an hour to simmer, but the prep work is minimal and you get lots of leftovers!<\/p>\n<p>(I like mine with lots of cheese, as you can see below.\u00c2\u00a0 I also added even more sour cream after I took this photo, along with some crumbled tortilla chips.\u00c2\u00a0 Yum!)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/Easy-Taco-Soup.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4842\" title=\"Easy Taco Soup\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/Easy-Taco-Soup.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"557\" height=\"380\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/Easy-Taco-Soup.jpg 557w, https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/Easy-Taco-Soup-300x204.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 557px) 100vw, 557px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Easy Taco Soup<\/h4>\n<p>from Cooking With Paula Deen, September\/October 2008<\/p>\n<p>Makes 10-12 servings<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pound ground chuck<\/li>\n<li>1 large onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li>4 cups water<\/li>\n<li>1 (16-ounce) can light red kidney beans, drained<\/li>\n<li>1 (15.5 ounce) can pinto beans, drained<\/li>\n<li>1 (15.25 ounce) can niblet corn, drained<\/li>\n<li>1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained<\/li>\n<li>1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup<\/li>\n<li>1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel)<\/li>\n<li>1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix (or make your own, like I do!)<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>Garnish: shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In a large Dutch oven, combine ground chuck and onion.\u00c2\u00a0 Cook over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbles; drain.\u00c2\u00a0 Stir in water, kidney beans, pinto beans, corn, black beans, tomato sauce, tomato soup, tomatoes and green chilies, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning mix, and salt.\u00c2\u00a0 Bring to a boil;
