{"id":3819,"date":"2010-08-13T13:35:49","date_gmt":"2010-08-13T19:35:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/?p=3819"},"modified":"2010-08-13T13:35:49","modified_gmt":"2010-08-13T19:35:49","slug":"asian-noodle-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/2010\/08\/13\/asian-noodle-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Asian Noodle Salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This salad is PERFECTION.<\/p>\n<p>I love everything about it.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s beautiful to look at.\u00c2\u00a0 A rainbow of colors!\u00c2\u00a0 The picture below doesn&#8217;t do it justice.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s got loads of veggies.\u00c2\u00a0 We always need more of those at our house.<\/p>\n<p>The dressing is awesome.\u00c2\u00a0 I want to drink it straight from the measuring cup.\u00c2\u00a0 (Not really, but I couldn&#8217;t stop &#8220;tasting&#8221; it).<\/p>\n<p>It serves a crowd.\u00c2\u00a0 Or makes lots of yummy leftovers.\u00c2\u00a0 I halved the recipe and still have a ton leftover.<\/p>\n<p>It can be dinner (especially with grilled chicken added, as I did), lunch, or a side dish.<\/p>\n<p>My old favorite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/2010\/04\/10\/chicken-poppy-seed-salad\/\">Poppy Seed Chicken Salad<\/a> has been replaced!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Asian-Noodle-Salad.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3822\" title=\"Asian Noodle Salad\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Asian-Noodle-Salad.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"557\" height=\"371\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Asian-Noodle-Salad.jpg 557w, https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/Asian-Noodle-Salad-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 557px) 100vw, 557px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Asian Noodle Salad<\/h4>\n<p>from<a href=\"http:\/\/thepioneerwoman.com\/tasty-kitchen\/recipes\/salads\/asian-noodle-salad\/comment-page-6\/#cr\"> The Pioneer Woman at Tasty Kitchen<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Salad Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"ingredients-27926\">\n<li>1 package Linguine Noodles, Cooked, Rinsed, And Cooled<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd heads Sliced Napa Cabbage, Or More To Taste<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd heads Sliced Purple Cabbage, Or More To Taste<\/li>\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd bags Baby Spinach, Or More To Taste<\/li>\n<li>1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Sliced Thin<\/li>\n<li>1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced Thin<\/li>\n<li>1 whole Orange Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 bag Bean Sprouts (also Called Mung Bean Sprouts)<\/li>\n<li> Chopped Cilantro, Up To 1 Bunch, To Taste<\/li>\n<li>3 whole Scallions, Sliced<\/li>\n<li>3 whole Cucumbers Peeled And Sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 can (about 10 Oz.) Whole Cashews, Lightly Toasted In Skillet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dressing Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"ingredients-27926\">\n<li>1 whole Lime, Juiced<\/li>\n<li>8 Tablespoons Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>8 Tablespoons Soy Sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons (up To 3 Tablespoons) Sesame Oil<\/li>\n<li>\u00e2\u2026\u201c cups Brown Sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 Tablespoons Fresh Ginger Chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves Garlic Chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 whole Jalapenos, Chopped<\/li>\n<li> Chopped Cilantro (a large handful)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mix salad ingredients together.\u00c2\u00a0 Blend dressing ingredients together  and pour over salad.
