I saw this recipe for Peanut Butter Ribbon Fudge Brownies<\/a> recently on Anna’s blog Cookie Madness<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 Her blog is full of delicious cookie recipes, and she’s always posting something I can’t wait to try.<\/p>\n

Quick sidenote:\u00c2\u00a0 Here is Anna’s recipe for Baked Spinach and Chicken Stuffing<\/a> that won her $1,000,000(!!) as the Grand Prize in the 2006 Pillsbury Bake-off.\u00c2\u00a0 In fact, she’s such a star that her name was a clue on Jeopardy last week.\u00c2\u00a0 How cool is that?!\u00c2\u00a0 She’s my new hero.<\/p>\n

So back to the brownies….I decided to make these brownies to bring to a Superbowl party over the weekend.\u00c2\u00a0 The base recipe creates a very fudgy (as opposed to cake-like) brownie (which I love).\u00c2\u00a0 I imagine it could be used for all kinds of fabulous brownie variations and concoctions.\u00c2\u00a0 This brownie base is my new go-to recipe whenever I want to make brownies.\u00c2\u00a0 The peanut butter ribbons add a rich peanut butter flavor, and are simple to make.\u00c2\u00a0 If you love chocolate and peanut butter, then you will love these brownies!\u00c2\u00a0 Also, if you are used to making brownies from a prepackaged mix, then I urge you to try making these from scratch.\u00c2\u00a0 It’s really easy, and the results are totally worth it!\u00c2\u00a0 Sorry for the lack of photos….I forgot to take a picture before we headed out to watch the Superbowl.\u00c2\u00a0 Hope y’all had a great weekend!<\/p>\n
