Chang&#8217;s, but I still haven&#8217;t quite mastered making it at home.\u00c2\u00a0 I always seem to have trouble cooking with flank steak.\u00c2\u00a0 However, I have come up with a great way to serve green beans, using a Mongolian-esque sauce.\u00c2\u00a0 These are delicious, and I&#8217;m sure you could throw some chicken or shrimp in the sauce too.\u00c2\u00a0 I served these with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/2010\/03\/24\/sticky-chicken-and-rice\/\">Sticky Chicken<\/a> and basmati rice.\u00c2\u00a0 Yes, it was a saucy meal, but I couldn&#8217;t make up my mind about which sauce was better.\u00c2\u00a0 They&#8217;re both delicious!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2558\" title=\"Mongolian Green Beans\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/Mongolian-Green-Beans.jpg\" alt=\"Mongolian Green Beans\" width=\"557\" height=\"371\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/Mongolian-Green-Beans.jpg 557w, https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/Mongolian-Green-Beans-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 557px) 100vw, 557px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/3 C soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 C brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp grated fresh ginger or minced ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp crushed red pepper<\/li>\n<li>fresh green beans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combine all ingredients but green beans in a small bowl using a whisk.\u00c2\u00a0 Add to green beans in a large skillet and cook on medium heat until beans are done.<\/p>\n<div class=\"linkwithin_hook\" id=\"https:\/\/www.thepickyapple.com\/blog\/2010\/03\/25\/mongolian-green-beans\/\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mongolian Beef is one of my favorite things to order at P.F.
