Taco Rice

Here’s a quick and easy recipe that is one of Nathan’s favorites.
Taco Rice
adapted from 30 Day Gourmet Freezer Cooking Manual
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 taco seasoning packet (I used Old El Paso)
1 can Rotel
2 cups cooked white or brown rice
