I haven't been to one of those courses but they sound like a lot of fun. I do try to cook a ton of food one day a week, though, just because it's so hard to find the time :)! Pitas are always so fun and the ingredients you used makes yours extra tasty. I'd love to feature this recipe on our blog and the first and only digital recipe reader. Please email sophiekiblogger@gmail.com if you're interested. Thanks!

I had a similar experience to yours. Tried the dinner-assembly once and left with my meals, astounded that I had paid that much for the privilege of taking home, at best, average food.

I applaud you, though, on freezing your homemade meals for quick-cooking. I have attempted it a time or two, but have never been organized enough to keep up with it.

But those Greek Chicken Pitas may just force me to reconsider!
